Option 2: Pregnancy + Birth support

£1,950.00

Everything you get with my pregnancy package, PLUS hands-on support during labour and the birth itself!

When labor begins, I will be physically present with you in the birth room to provide continuous, non-medical support.

My role includes:

  • Continuous presence - ensuring you are not left without support during labor

  • Hands-on physical comfort measures - including positioning, counter-pressure, massage, breathing support, and guidance with movement & pain-relief

  • Labor progress support - helping you recognise labor patterns, when to go to hospital (or call your midwife), and effectively conserving energy

  • Environmental support - helping maintain a calm, focused space that supports physiological (or planned) labor. Think relaxed lighting, diffuser, calming space. Plus setting up your birth pool if needed!

  • Emotional regulation and reassurance - especially during those intense or transitional phases of labor

  • Support with communication - helping you understand information from your care team and articulate questions or preferences, as well as advocating to medical staff for you!

  • Partner support, guiding your partner on how to assist effectively and when to step in or rest

This support is non-clinical and non-medical, and works alongside your midwife, obstetrician, and nursing staff.

The goal is consistent, informed, hands-on support, both before labor begins and throughout the birth itself!
